Maintenance Service Request

Follow these steps if you have a maintenance service request for your apartment or building:

  1.  Fill out a maintenance service request form and submit it as a paper copy to your site manager. Paper forms are also available from your site manager.
  2. The site manager may ask follow-up questions to better understand the issue, and will coordinate with our maintenance team or vendor partners to prioritize critical needs as well as estimated timing for the work to be completed.
  3. Your site manager will work with you to identify times to access to your apartment and work to resolve the issue.

If your concern has not received a reply within 30 business days or you have a compliment or complaint to pass on, you can reach out to our main office at, call our main line at 206-329-7303, or stop by the office at 1620 12th Ave.

NOTE: During the Washington State Stay Home, Stay Healthy Order, only emergency repair work will continue to be performed by maintenance. All other non-emergency work will be suspended until further notice. For emergency repairs, please call 206-204-8777 and contact your site manager. Thank you for your patience.
