Retired, Esterline Technologies
Frank recently retired after 31 years at Esterline Technologies, where he served as Segment President of Avionics and Controls, a $1 billion, 4,000 -person division of the aerospace firm. His duties included reviewing capital investiture requests and program reviews of those projects, compliance oversight and strategic plans review. Frank has a BA in Political Science from Seattle Pacific University and an MBA from the University of Washington. He is board Vice President as well as Nominating Committee Chair and member of the Development Committee for an arts nonprofit called Early Music Guild. He has also served as a board member for the Boys and Girls Club. Frank currently is a volunteer for the Capitol Hill Housing Near program.
