Senior Manager of Philanthropy
Jim Thompson was born in Wisconsin and retains in some ways his agrarian heritage. Though he could not drive a tractor, he did play piano, starting in the third grade and continuing to this day. He graduated from Lawrence University Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Music, summa cum laude. Jim went on to study Arts Administration at Indiana University, Bloomington and Whole Systems Design at Antioch University, Seattle. Jim comes to CRH with an eagerness to support affordable housing initiatives. As a seasoned fund development and external affairs professional, Jim is looking forward to sharing all he knows and learning even more! Jim enjoys puttering in his patio, following politics, and watching Law & Order reruns. But it is music that truly quells the wily beast.
