Executive Chef and Co-owner of Osteria la Spiga
Sabrina is the Executive Chef and co-owner of Osteria la Spiga, a cornerstone of Seattle’s Capitol Hill scene since 1998. As much as she loves to share her passion for Italian food, she also donates much of her time giving back to her community. She has been a mentor to aspiring culinary professionals and has contributed time and resources to diversity programs advocating for female chefs and chefs of color. She dedicates time as a guest chef, mentor, event planner, and instructor for programs such as FareStart, Quillisascut Farm School, and Empowering Youth and Families Outreach. Sabrina has also volunteered to cook for many events throughout the city benefiting the Women’s Funding Alliance, CD Forum for the Arts, the Alzheimer’s Association, and Town Hall, among others. She has been published in local cookbooks, interviewed on radio and television, and was a contender on Iron Chef America against Bobby Flay.
