Community Roots Housing is seeking a resident of Community Roots Housing for our Public Development Authority (PDA) Board. We find value in having a resident as a full, voting member of the board to have representation from residents at the highest level of the organization. The PDA Board is composed of 15 voting members who serve three-year terms (including the resident board member), as well as two non-voting Emerging Leader Fellows. The PDA Board members advise the executive team of Community Roots Housing on matters including equity, community relations, building design, banking, finance, property management, real estate development, nonprofit organization, and asset management.
