Cafe Avole has found a new home inside the Liberty Bank Building and brings a perfect blend of flavor and culture to the neighborhood. The bright, inviting space nestled between other Black-owned business including Earl’s Cuts and Styles and Communion Restaurant & Bar, is the product of a lot of love and community support.
Owners Solomon Dubie, Gavin Amos, and Getachew Enbiale launched their flagship store in south Seattle off Rainer Avenue in 2016. They recently opened at this new location, offering locally roasted Ethiopian coffee, fresh-pressed juices, and pastries from Golden Wheat Bakery. Solomon has already received rave reviews about the coffee and hopes to continue to build relationships with fellow business owners and neighbors as he and his co-owners put the finishing touches on their space.
Cafe Avole plans to have a grand opening this summer.
