Historical Trivia/Special Notation
The El Nor was originally constructed as two separate buildings – the Eleanor and Northern Apartments. The two were combined during renovation in the 1970s. In 2020, the building was completely renovated and upgraded with energy-saving features while preserving the historic façade and beautiful garden areas.
