Director of Human Resources
Erin Arnold has been with Community Roots since 2022 and serves as the Director of Human Resources, also overseeing the Administrative Department. Prior to joining Community Roots, they worked in behavioral health program management, counseling and human resources in Oregon and Washington. Erin is a SHRM Certified Professional and holds a B.A. in Sociology from North Carolina State University
Before moving to Washington, they provided psychological first aid and trauma support to organizations and the community during traumatic events such as the Eagle Creek Fire, Frontline staff at Organizations and for the Portland Police Department’s Behavioral Health Unit. They have certifications in Psychological first aid and trauma support, Registered Nursing Assistant, and Qualified Mental Health Associate.
