Nick Noack is a senior technology and design leader with over 15 years of experience at Amazon, where he built and managed global teams across four cities. He specializes in organizational strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership development, with a passion for mentoring and growing diverse teams.
Nick believes homelessness is one of Seattle’s greatest challenges, and sees affordable housing as a critical part of addressing it — a cause he is eager to advance through his board service. Outside of work, Nick enjoys improving his piano playing and singing, weightlifting, golf, and boating. He curates a large game collection and hosts an annual multi-day board game event.
