Indigenous Planning Strategist, City of Seattle
Tim, a Northern Arapaho Landscape Designer and Urban Planner, has over 30 years of experience in the Seattle area and 15 years of dedicated work with Indigenous communities across the United States. With a Master’s in Landscape Architecture, a Master’s in Urban Design and Planning, and a Bachelor’s in Geography from the University of Washington, he aims to create vibrant and welcoming spaces for communities to call home. Currently, Tim serves as the Indigenous Planning Strategist for Seattle’s Office of Planning and Community Development and also contributes as a Lecturer, reviewer, researcher, and mentor in the University of Washington’s Landscape Architecture Program.
