Toni Ball is an Army veteran who loves the Pacific Northwest and its food. Toni joined the Community Roots Housing team in 2023 as the Resident Services Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience serving Washington’s most vulnerable community members from all walks of life in the housing industry. Toni is excited to be working to keep residents in their homes and to enrich their quality of life as they reside in Community Roots buildings. Toni has served Washington communities as a volunteer mediator for several dispute resolution centers and believes a well-facilitated dialogue can change the world. She is a proud dog mom of two, CWU alumni, and a social justice warrior rolled into one.
