How do I return my application?

Return applications by email (info@communityrootshousing.org), fax (206-329-1857), or mail (1620 12th Avenue Suite 205, Seattle, WA 98122). Per COVID-19 safety needs, we are not currently accepting in-person applications. However, if you would rather not mail a paper application, you can submit applications to a drop box at our main office location at the address listed above.
