Devonshire

About the Building

This three-story 1920s’ brick building is located on Wall Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues. The Devonshire underwent a full-scale renovation that was completed in 2024. The restoration spanned a broad scope of work, including all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Apartment interiors were outfitted with LED lighting, new stainless steel appliances, fresh kitchen and bathroom cabinet packages, new doors, and high-performance glass. New exterior wall insulation, roof insulation, and fresh windows enhanced energy efficiency and interior climate control, while also dramatically reducing the impact of street noise. Energy recovery ventilators were installed to further improve ventilation and provide a healthier interior air environment for residents. Explore a 3D tour of a one-bedroom unit here.
