For over a decade, Community Roots spring fundraiser has been an opportunity to learn from the thoughts and experiences of visionaries leading development work in communities across the region. Previous speakers have included Washington State Department of Commerce Director Joe Nguyễn, Mayor Bruce Harrell, Microsoft Philanthropy’s Jane Broom, Seattle-based writer Ijeoma Oluo, and Vu Le of Nonprofit AF and Community Centric Fundraising.

Omnivorous is an evening where community, cuisine, and local chefs unite to help build a more affordable Seattle. Each year, dozens of the city’s top food and drink entrepreneurs will come together against the backdrop of Washington Hall to share their unique flavors and stories. Last year, over 300 attended the event.

An annual sponsorship package allows you to support Community Roots Housing while enjoying recognition throughout the year. Annual sponsors are featured at Community Roots’ signature events, Framing Futures, and Omnivorous, as well as our new building groundbreakings and grand openings, and other premiere promotion opportunities. This sponsorship affords the maximum amount of exposure to our various audiences and event attendees.
We anticipate two grand openings in 2026. However, construction timelines may shift throughout the year.
