Chasten Fulbright

Chasten has been engaged in the Capitol Hill & Central District communities for 30 years, leading a homeless ministry during his college years, managing 70+ buildings, and calling it home for many of those years. With over 20 years of experience in real estate management, Chasten is the founder and President of Forge Management, a property management company formed in partnership with Lake Union Partners and operating in Washington and Utah. Prior to Forge Management, Chasten was a co-founder at Blanton Turner and worked at Lorig Management Services, Wilkinson Asset Management, and Darco, Inc. Chasten has served as President of the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has served on the board of the Broadway BIA as well co-chaired the Capitol Hill EcoDistrict. Originally from Montana, Chasten is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with a degree in Biblical Literature from Northwest University in Kirkland.
