New resident feedback portal launches

Community Roots Housing is committed to providing a high-level of service to our residents. One way we aim to do so is through the Current Resident Hub on our website. From one central spot online, residents can connect to service referrals, pay rent, and sign up for community news.

We are excited to share that we have now rolled out an online resident feedback tool.

After piloting at select buildings, residents at all 47 buildings can now submit concerns, repair requests, incident reports, compliments, and other feedback online through the Resident Hub whenever it works with their schedules, from the comfort of their own homes. Once submitted, these comments are tracked in a unified system and staff are assigned timelines for responding. This tool will help ensure Community Roots staff are fully responsive to requests.

A few notes for residents: Our site managers continue to serve as the primary point of contact for resident matters that require immediate attention. For maintenance emergencies, residents should still call the emergency maintenance line at 206-204-8777. For safety concerns, call 911.
