Rent is due the first of each month. Community Roots Housing offers tenants the option to pay their rent online. Please click the link below to navigate to the Active Building portal for your building.

If you are unable to pay rent online, you can pay your rent one of the following ways:

• Bring payment to our main office on the second floor of the 12^th Avenue Arts building in Capitol Hill (1620 12^th Avenue).
• Mail payment to Community Roots Housing, 1620 12^th Avenue, Suite 205, Seattle, WA 98122.

Community Roots Housing does not accept payment at any other locations or buildings.
