Rent is due the first of each month. Community Roots Housing offers tenants the option to pay their rent online. Please click the link below to navigate to the Active Building portal for your building.

If you are unable to pay rent online, you can pay your rent directly to your building’s site manager by check or money order during office hours, drop in the rent drop box at your apartment community if applicable, or bring payment to our main office on the second floor of the 12th Avenue Arts building (1620 12th Avenue, Seattle, WA).
