Opened in March of 2020, this environmentally-friendly building is a brand new construction with a rooftop deck and 360 degree views of Seattle, just steps away from the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station, Cal Anderson Park, and all that Broadway offers.

Historical Trivia/Special Notation

Station House’s green building design targets the platinum level of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification and Evergreen Sustainable Development Standard. Co-located with the Capitol Hill light rail station. Winner of the PCBC Golden Nugget Merit Award – Best Affordable Housing Community, 60 du/acre or more. The ground level 1,400 square foot community space is known as the Cathy Hillenbrand Community Room, named for the Capitol Hill Champion neighborhood activist and long-time board member. The room includes an art installation as part of the AIDS Memorial Pathway to honor those affected by the HIV/AIDS crisis.
