I have a criminal history or poor rental history, is that a problem?

Poor rental history or a criminal record do not necessarily disqualify you from housing with Community Roots Housing. If you do not meet our rental housing policy standard, you may request an Individual Assessment (IA) of your criminal history, rental history, mortgage history or references. This IA will be conducted by a blind panel of staff to make a final determination of eligibility.
