Community Roots Housing has maintained and built affordable housing for over 40 years. Today, we serve over 2,000 residents in nearly 50 buildings across the Seattle area. To keep pace with the population growth of our city, we also have a real estate development pipeline of nine buildings that will create 1,000 new homes over the next five years.
