If you are unable to pay rent online, you can pay your rent one of the following ways:
- Submit payment via check or money order directly to your building’s site manager during office hours.
- Bring payment to our main office on the second floor of the 12th Avenue Arts building in Capitol Hill (1620 12th Avenue).
- Mail payment to Community Roots Housing, 1620 12th Avenue, Suite 205, Seattle, WA 98122.
