Managing Affordable Homes Across the City

Everyone has the right to a quality, affordable home. At Community Roots Housing, this truth drives our work. We develop and manage affordable homes for more than 2,000 of our neighbors in almost 50 buildings across Seattle.

Eligibility for our apartments is partly based on income, ranging from 30% to 80% AMI (Area Median Income). Some of our buildings are subsidized by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Community Roots Housing offers a handful of market-rate apartments as well.
