How can I receive updates?/What if I have questions after submitting my application?
If you have any questions regarding the status of your waitlist application after submission or have other questions, please contact our main office for information. Once you have been added to a waitlist, the only way you can receive an update is by calling our office (or by visiting us in person once COVID restrictions allow).

Applicants currently on HUD waiting lists that need to update their information can download this HUD update form and submit it to our main office by mail or in person. Updates must be made in writing; updates cannot be taken over the phone for record-keeping purposes.

When a waiting list becomes longer than the amount of people we can service within two to three years, we stop taking applications. Because we have very few vacancies, we expect it will take a long time before we can assist applicants already on the waiting lists. No applications will be accepted for closed waitlists.
